Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options.

Once your order has been received, it is immediately sent to processing. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Stand on Faith + Truth, and items under this umbrella, are custom made. Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS. Stand on Faith + Truth is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. All Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number found in your shipment statement. You will need to contact them directly for updates regarding the delivery status of your item(s).
